Delivery & Return
Deliveries and returns are subject to General terms and conditions of SPIRO d.o.o.:
We use different types of deliveries:
1. UPS express courier – we offer fast delivery options using services of UPS. The delivery is usually made in 1 day on all European locations.
2. Register air mail – this is the cheapest kind of shipping using services of Slovenian Post. We can not guarantee the delivery time for this type of delivery.
3. Your own shipping agency – if you have a contract with any of the International shipping companies, we could order the pick up at the local agency using your account number.
All returns are done after agreement. We can use our contract courier or any of your shipping methods.

Order Tracking
Most orders could be tracked:
1. UPS orders could be tracked on the website https://www.ups.com/
When the package is collected by UPS couriers, you will automatically receive the e-mail with the tracking number, so you can easily follow your shipment and expect the delivery.
2. If you collect the package with your contract courier, you have to follow their instructions for tracking.
3. Register air mail could be followed only in certain countries. If you need the tracking of the package, please let us know and we will check the status of delivery.

Payment
Payment conditions are subject to the General terms and conditions of SPIRO d.o.o.
1. All orders are subject to Pre-payment unless otherwise is agreed.
2. All packages are sent after the payment is received.
3. All prices are ex-works Nova Gorica, Slovenia. We may not be liable for any additional Taxes or Import duties.
4. Payments are possible by Wire transfer or with PayPal. All payment details are known after order placement.
