    All handpices could be packed in the original packaging which already protects well the instrument. Beside this you could protect it additionally with any method of your choice. We advise to use proper envelopes and to mark them as FRAGILE. We have prepared special envelops to pack your handpieces safely. We will supply you with these packages after your first order or after your request. This special pouch is supplied free of any charge.

How do I pay the repair service?

    Our sales office will prepare you the proforma invoice after your quotation approval. If you order the repair without quotation, it will be sent as soon as the instrument is inspected. Our regular clients will be offered a Payment delay on all repair services.

How do I send my handpiece to you for repair?

We personally pick up the instruments at your office and clinic or we order a pick up service to collect your instruments.

How long I have to wait to receive my handpiece back?

  • How long do I have to wait to receive my handpiece back?
    The usual repair time is 24h, but may vary depending on the difficulty of the repair and availability of the spare parts. Our repair department will keep you well informed of every step of the repair process. Our technicians will do everything possible to guarantee you the short repair time. If the failure of your handpiece is more complicated, we could supply you with a substitutive turbine or similar instrument. The availability of these instruments may vary depending  on the number of repairs.

What is the price of repair?

    All repair prices depends on the nature of every repair, the spare parts used and time needed. All received instruments will be checked and you will receive a free quotation for each instrument. We start the repair process after your quotation approval. We will proceed with the repair without the submitted quotation, only when so instructed on the repair formular. All regular clients will be receiving different promotions for our repair services. All contract partners will benefit from lower prices.

    The warranty period depends on the type of repair approved and spare parts used. The exact warranty time will be known as soon as the repair is finished and you will be advised about it by e-mail and with the return of the instrument. We will also advise you of some tips and trick for better handpiece maintenance to prolong the life of your instrument.
